Sales Executive - Fertilizer Sales

Sentara Group - previously known as Nutrition Technologies Sdn Bhd, specializes in high-performance bioactive organic fertilizers, Diptia® and Vitalis®, designed to enhance plant growth, improve soil health, and combat plant diseases naturally. As we expand, we are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to promote our products through direct sales to farmers, nurseries, landscaping companies, and fertilizer dealers.

Position Overview

We are hiring 6 Sales Executives with a proven track record in fertilizer sales. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing sales channels, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for Organic Fertilizer.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Promote Organic Fertilizer  to farmers, nurseries, landscapers, and fertilizer dealers.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key industry players.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

 

Technical Expertise & Customer Consultation

• Educate customers on the benefits of bioactive fertilizers and their impact on crop yield, soil health, and plant disease resistance.

• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farm trials to showcase product effectiveness.

• Provide technical support on application methods, dosage, and soil management.

 

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolios.

• Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

 

Digital & Traditional Sales Channels

• Leverage social media, website leads (Diptia.com), WhatsApp marketing, and networking to drive sales.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

 

 Candidate Requirements

 Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the fertilizer/agriculture industry.

 Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of organic fertilizers, soil health, and plant nutrition.

 Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 Technical Understanding: Ability to explain product benefits and conduct field demonstrations.

 Education: Preferably a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Soil Science, or related fields (not mandatory).

 Language Skills: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage for Chinese candidates).

 Willingness to Travel: Must have a valid driving license and be open to extensive field visits.

 Digital Skills: Familiarity with online sales strategies, digital marketing, and social media promotions is a plus.
